RedTail Flight Academy is uniquely situated and poised to create a world-class aviation academy at the New York Stewart International Airport.

RFA Ambassadors are central to our mission to diversify the aviation industry as they champion leadership, mentorship, and the ideals of the original Tuskegee Airmen. Our RFA ambassadors are critical to the success of this world-class aviation program, fueling the pipeline of minority aviators by hosting educational workshops, volunteer programs, and career opportunities for our students.

Membership Goals

Honor and perpetuate the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen's goal to produce extraordinary aviators of color.

Mentor minority aviators to ensure they develop as highly qualified talent prepared to enter the industry pipeline needed to meet the rising demand for pilots.

Create post-graduation internship or apprenticeship programs within industry-related corporations and organizations.

Establish a repository of industry expertise the Academy draws from for lectures, roundtables, shadowing and mentoring opportunities.
